Just /warp CapeCity and follow the road into the city. The fighting arena is located in the first door on the right in the public mine. I have been on the temp server twice where broly came in, spammed, and killed everyone in sight, then left just like that.

I found treasure chest 1 and 4, Im still looking for the others. Alot of goodies in both.
